Dr. Ashley Mathews has a sincere passion for today’s youth. She loves working with youth to help them develop positive perspectives on who they are and who God has called them to be.
She has received her bachelor degree from Bennett College in 2005 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She then obtained her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Group Work from the University of Connecticut in 2009.
Ashley has worked with youth in many capacities. After college she worked as a preschool teacher for over four years. She then transitioned to work with a Head Start program and has worked with the agency for over 6 years in the capacity of a Family Service Coordinator and Early Childhood Clinician. She has developed and offered various socialization and psychoeducation groups to children ages 3-16 and parents.
Ashley is determined to leave her footprint on the world through her help with others.

Kristen recently received the 2014 30 and Under in business for the Women of Excellence in Leadership Award by Brooks Enterprise & Consulting. WELA luncheon honored 8 women from the metro Atlanta community. Kristen holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Delaware State University and currently is on the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation and HBCU Consortium committee. She also is a member of the City Club of Buckhead and the Chinese American Association of Atlanta.
Michaela Stovall is currently a student at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro pursing a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in African-American and African Diaspora Studies. There she has been involved with many on campus organizations such as the Student Government, University Marshals, Alpha Lambda Delta, and etc. She lives life day by day and with this scripture in mind, Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. She has worked as a Youth Leader in various capacities, Church ministry, YMCA Counselor and WinShape Camps for Communities Counselor.
Pastor Geraldine Findley is a dynamic woman of God. She has been in ministry for over 40 years and pastoring the Christian Community Outreach Church for 30 years. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her legacy is one of Faith, innovation, steadfastness and LOVE. She birthed the ministry with her husband who has now transitioned to be with the Lord. Her two children have followed her example and are now part of the ministerial team at Outreach. Her years of experience and great love for the people of God will be effective counsel for ExTOL.

Lakeshia has been a long time citizen of the Sanford community. She resides in Sanford with her husband and two boys. Lakeshia has volunteered in various community projects around the community. Lakeshia is a project manager at a premiere healthcare company. Her background includes managing various high dollar projects. She is passionate about the needs of hurting people and desires to be part of God’s solution to help. Lakeshia will partner in the development of the programs and services for the ministry. She will also operate as the Chief Financial Officer.
Sharon Wilson is a mighty woman of God! She has a true heart for God and his people. She was called into ministry over 25 years ago and has served in ministry as a youth leader, praise and worship leader, exhorter, minister of God’s word, intercessor and Senior Elder.
She is the Executive Director of Extol Ministries. This is a ministry designed to help women who have been broken.
She has been happily married to her husband Elder Woodrow Wilson for 22 years. Together they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.
She has surrendered her life fully to the call of God and is excited for what the Lord still has in store
